Heavy rain and fog here in eastern Canada. I therefore feel that a wee tot or two of Irish Mist is in order; once I finish stuffing the turkey. The wife casually informed me that she has noticed that it takes about 1 cup of my quality Aussie port to stuff the turkey and none of it seems to make it into the dressing. When I told her that I use it to lubricate my vocal chords whilst I am singing at my work she didn't appear to be very convinced.
