Pleas can anyone point me towards a company who can supply 5/64" pan head soft iron rivets?

Sorry Jason. I should have said snap head, but Sapphire don't list either of them in soft iron.

Look again at this page. Round or Snap head

It says all materials but you will need to check with them directly

As Robert says Sapphire do list them

But as you are after snap heads then the usual ME suppliers will have them such as EKP and easier to get small quantites that from Sapphire. I doubt you will find any difference between steel and soft iron.

Thanks for your help, guys. I've contacted Sapphire and discovered that their steel rivets are annealed after manufacture so should be as malleable as soft iron. They're sending me some samples to try – aren't they nice people.
