I had my first test run 2 to 3 weeks ago and not really satisfactory but at this point I had already raised the slide shaft pivot point 6mm .I have now altered it to the latest amendment but still having difficulty getting the timing right. Any further tips? Douglas

Hi Douglas,

Two questions

A) How did you set the valve timing?

B)What was the problem with the loco? Note that you cannot run on air with a reduced cut off. You need almost full gear.
