I am hoping that someone has squirrelled this away.I have a set of their toolholders and need to order some replacement inserts, but my set of details must have been ‘tidied up’ and disposed of

Just need the Sandvik reference numbers for the inserts and parting off tips

Have a search of the forum, there are several threads about these tips. From memory Greenwood did two versions of the holder so make sure you have the right tip to suit.

I’ve just dug out my box of inserts for my Greenwood-sourced parting tool and on the box, which contains various items as well as some parting inserts, is “Sandvik N151.2-3004-30-5T” and a Google search of that looks hopeful. But I hope you have a nice thick wallet.

Is it worth asking JB Cutting Tools? They were both at exhibitions in the past, so I would imagine they’d be clued up about the others’ products.

As above, that is to suit the ‘old’ version of the parting blade. It would not fit the ‘new’ one if that is what the OP has.

Given their price, it would be best to be sure before parting with cash.

At some price point, it will be more economic to throw the blade in the bin and buy a new one (e.g. GTN2) that takes non-obsolete and non-proprietary inserts.

A picture from the OP of the tools for which the inserts are sought would go a long way to answering the question.
