        Looks like about 5 degrees. A D-bit clamped in the V could have its front relief ground off. Bit of an odd way to do it though.

          Could be, I have one similar to this but without the angles, typically these vee blocks were used to end sharpen headed press tool punches and from distant memory some did have an angled cutting face.
