Hi Gents, I’m doing a little research on the next project I want to tackle (feasibility study). I’m keen on designing a exhaust over intake type engine like the early F-type heads the earliest Harleys used. I have found drawings for the frame and cylinders and a number of initial patents, does anyone on this group have any more information on these bikes not available on the net? I’m looking for the original designs/ drawings or even pictures of someone that has restored one of these. I’ll do my own CAD, simulations and optimization etc.

Hopper is probably your man, not seen him posting so much recently but you might try messaging him.

He has posted images of old F-type engines on HMEM forum in the past.

Are you going model or full size!
