Hi everyone,

My name is Mike and I’m glad to be joining this community. I’ve wanted to learn a bit more about modelling and engineering for a while and have always admired the creativity that goes into model building so I would love to learn more if I can.

One area I’m interested in is how all the different components and materials play a role in the final build and I’ve found out that coil springs are used in various model applications. I wanted to find out more about these applications and also manufacturers who might specialise in these components?
