Lots of folks have asked me for some more information on my homemade DIY Transmissions that I made for running accessories at different speeds from the variety of Model Engines that we run. The ball bearing race hint that I mention in the video is really important for our very limited power wise model, toy steam engines, Stirling engines and Hit & Miss engines as any power robbing friction that we can eliminate is very beneficial.

Hope this video helps, if not just reach out.

I never seem to see the video links which makes the postings useless to me.

The link is to a Youtube video and you need an account to sign in.

A Google account is required in order sign into YouTube. However, for those who already have an email account (or just don’t want a Gmail account), Google accounts can be made using any valid non-Gmail address. You will need to navigate to Google’s Sign Up Without Gmail page in your web browser and complete the form (the mobile app does not have the option to create a non-Gmail Google account, although you can use a mobile browser). Keep in mind that you can browse and watch videos, as well as utilize other YouTube functionality without signing up for an account as well.
