Hi all, a quick hello and explanation of my ambition.

I have amassed a large quantity of Myford Super 7 parts and am finally able to start to build one, I previously had an old ML7 but had alwasys coveted the super 7 since using one way way back in the mists of time when I was an engineer. I used to make full sized Dalek parts with the ML7 so who knows what I will get up to with the Super 7.

Well, I suppose with a Super 7 the next project after all those Daleks will be a Tardis!

Assembling a lathe from a pile of parts is quite an undertaking, but you have the ultimateb target of using it to make the parts for the Dalek.

At the end you will have two items of which you ncan be proud

If you don’t already possess one, I suggest that a “Sonic Screwdriver” could be a wise investment!

I thought the original Daleks were made from sink plungers and dustbin lids, but welcome aboard
