I don’t know how I’d missed this that this concept is being built. Bizarre.

A 170 Kilometre long city 200 metres wide and 500 metres tall.

Certainly a brave concept but I can’t but think that is more vanity project than sensible. Quite apart from the creation of such a long barrier to any natural migration of animals and plants (less impact in desert?) it has to be a prime target for any fanatic and cramming people together in that density doesn’t bode well..
