Does anyone know of a supplier in the UK for small sheets of spring steel, approximately 0.007″ or 0.2mm? Or, does anyone know of a similar material that can be bent between the fingers to a consistent radius (for hand sanding), and that returns to nearly flat when tension is released?

Not sure I understand the purpose. If its a springy material and held curved by finger tension, its not going to have a consistent curve radius.

Is it some sort of sanding block you are trying to make and how big?
