        Over the past weekend the the Industrial Museum in Lauf, Germany hosted a model engineering show. Achim a member on MEM took a lot of photos of the models and has said its OK to share them here.

        Unfortunately for JS there are not many choo-choos but there are plenty of stationary steam, sterling and IC engines (the tools in the first few pics are chocolate)

              I think those ducks were weir'd ! Outside shots, absolutely NO litter. Ve haf vaays. . .Very nice show, not too many people.

                A few hundread more photos for your enjoyment. Even a few early style locos and quite a few of the old line shaft driven machines in the museum

                  Any colour you like as long as its black with brass trim!

                  Actually there's some beautiful work there, I particularly like the way that virtually every engine is actually moving.

                    Yes far more like the US shows and also part of Guildford where the makers are with their models and happy to run them and talk about them to visitors. Maybe something to think about for Sandown?
