Hello from rainy Yorkshire.

pretty new to all this after having bought my first locomotive (Black 5 in 3 1/2) I’m not an engineer sadly so may need advise and help from time to time.

I have a real passion for locomotives and hope to finish off the Black 5 with a little help.

Hi Darren welcome to the forum. There are many on here who are not engineers but still manage to make superb models. A bit more about what tools you have or would like may help in pointing you in the right direction and maybe you have some skills and knowledge that may hdlp others.

Hello Chaps and thanks for the warm welcome.

i only have very basic tools at the moment (screwdrivers etc), my trade is electrician so pretty useless in the steam world of things. My learning curve starts here with people who have gained the knowledge
