Hi,

Made myself a member today after stopping by the forum many times from Google searches.

Now retired for 3 years after being in the gas industry for around 38 years, I’ve had my Colchester Student around 15 trouble free years other than burning out the coolant pump (from using it with a trans wave converter). Anyone still using one of those? Also got myself a Denford starmill to play with!

Interesrs for me are my motorbikes, woodwork, watching doubleboost and abom And many more on YouTube and endless hours DIY at my daughters. Oh and having a beer!

Not sure how I had time to go to work.

worked out or Redford road gas works for a good few years when it was British Gas owned.

Hi from West Sussex – decided to join up having browsed a few times.

Still working so find it hard to get projects done, but I'm into live steam, classic cars and bikes, and many other things of that ilk. I have a short 5" track in my garden in desperate need of weeding, for example!
