morning all.

my name is paul.

nearly fifty,trained as a precision engineer when leaving school and continued for about 20 years.

postman for ten years after that,then my epilepsy got worse and i had a brain op a few years ago to remove part of my brain to stop the fits,which has left me fit free but with severe memory problems-have now been medically retired as i cant learn anything new and forget what i have said or done almost instantly.To tell you the truth i have joined up to sell my roundhead student capstan set up as i have no need for it as i generally potter about in my workshop making one off airguns and fishing gear.

Hello Paul,

Welcome to the forum.

Glad that you are still able to make use of your workshop, even if the big lathe is more than you want.
