      Hello from (sunny) Yorkshire,

I'm fairly new to model engineering but have had an interest most of my early days as a lad, little cash meant looking only. Times have changed, and now retired I'm building a small hobby area in my new man cave to satisfy my creativity. I have a Warco 250V, and a Sieg x2 for starters, and looking for a smallish CNC mill, as I have read so much of them, I need to satisfy that itch, any suggestions (already got a back scratcher)?

      Thank you, Jan.

          Hi Jan,

          Did you find one yet?

Sherlines, Denfords, Boxfords and Emcos are all good CNC mills for small modelling.

Alternatively you can go the route of buying a manual machine and converting it, but the cost of doing this properly would usually amount to more than you could by one of the above brands (used) which were designed and made to be CNC from the beginning.
