              How large?

If very big (~>10Mb total) the system times out and all the.files fail to upload. Try uploading one at a time.

Ubuntu 16.04 & Firefox 46.0.1 just uploaded a jpg with no problems here.

The message you get after refresh is OK, it stops you accidentally resubmitting a completed form. ( Resending a form would be embarrassing if you happened to be paying a bill. )

The white screen bit is wrong though. As your screenshots uploaded I can only think there's something odd about your other jpegs. The website doesn't just copy pictures so it might be their fault – uploads get resized and the forum's software could be gagging on something.

You could try using 'convert' on the pictures to force regeneration of the file, for example from jpg to png and back again. From a terminal:

                $ convert your.jpg new.png && convert new.png new.jpg

5 minutes later, bird successfully rescued from my daughter's vile cat.

PS : convert can resize photos as well.  Minimising before sending has solved 'big picture' problems for me in the past.

Don't leave us in suspense – how did you do it in the end? (If anyone turns up this thread in the future looking for help, it dead-ends right now).

Don't worry, I'v been using Windows 95 for the last week while my main computer (windows 7) was getting rid of a bug, ended up having W 10 installed, slowly finding my way around. XP, and 7 my favourites so far, but my old 95 just keeps going, even though this is the only forum I can get into, and it takes for ever.

I've had a similar problem to this, and it has happened twice now.

Each time I try to add pictures to my album I get reverted to a white screen with:

                                Page Not Found

The page you requested cannot be found.

The first time it happened I just created a new album to upload latest photos but it's a bit of an inconvenience, is there anything I can do to allow me access the normal page to upload photos?

I can view the album but I can't edit album info or edit photos, the same page and message appears both times.

                                Cheers,

                                Dan

                                  Dan,

That may mean you are trying to upload too many/too large files. try uploading just 1 or 2 images at a time.

Can't get as far as attempting to upload pictures, this is trying to get to the page to allow me to choose which pictures I want to upload

Dan. I just logged in as you and was able to add a photo to your Juliet album so looks like its specific to your browser/computer

It's probably the cache issue again then, do you know how to clear your cache Dan?
