Has anyone had problems receiving their incentive for subscribing to MEW ?

I subscribed to MEW some time ago and despite contacting subscriptions as yet never received vertical slide, Not happy

I added MEW 2 issues ago just as the gift changeed to the scale and it arrived in a week though I think it said allow a month for delivery.

Interesting that the gift can to some extent be a discentive as I waited for it to change from the book which I already had.
