Don't tempt me off topic! Oh go on then ![](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==)
A delicious recipe for those who have high blood pressure/cholesterol and want to eat something wicked at least once a month.
Chop a couple of small potatos, half an onion and a few crushed garlic cloves and brown in olive oil.
Add 3/4 pint milk, a little water and a big handful of baby spinach leaves and bring to boil.
Throw in a generous heap of mixed herbs (Tesco Value) a dash of tabasco and a dash of soy sauce (less salt!)
Simmer until the potatos are soft and add lots of stilton.
Once stilton melts put in a blender. Whizzz up and eat with nice bread with too much low-cholesterol spread on.
Remember Stilton cuts best with plenty of top rake and no coolant. And don't tell your doctor ![](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==)
