Is it possible on this site for a (logged in) user to set his local time zone so that times (and dates) are shown in his/her local reference frame rather than that of the website (UK time).

Many sites do allow this as an optional setting but I couldn’t find it here. If the option is available, can someone point me to it or, failing that, could it be implemented?
