      I have received an email saying this digital issue is available, it seems to be missing from the ME digital editions homepage,the latest edtion still seems to be 4445.

            Ditto…. I expect that 'Wasting' MyTimeMedia will load ot next year ….

            Late again … (Got our money and don't care about the service) (They could have uploaded it prior to the Christmas break or on the 24, 27 or 28th)

            Still have not fixed the poor print quality either..

            I won't be renewing my ME or MEW digital subscriptions when they become due.

              Dave,

              Since I have only just received my paper subscription copy as a result of normal Xmas mail delays and weight of post, I do not see why you should expect a faster service over the holiday period.wink

                KWIL,

                I expect the same service as the paper subscribers …. so since the paper copies are now on peoples door mats … I expect the digital copy to be available … I suspect it won't be available till next Wednesday/Thursday!!!!

                After all I have had a email telliing me that it is available!

                    I expect you got the same service as the postal copies.

                    I expect your digital copy got lost in the ether rather than the post though.

                    I will request a new digital copy to be forwarded to you but I doubt it will be until the New Year.

                      David,

                      The digital copy should be on-line … they are not sent via email (it's the link to the digital issues area that is sent) I suspect that the email is automated as I always get it on the Friday (2-3 days after the edition has been uploaded)

                      No one has access to the Digital Edition yet … because it has not been uploaded.

                      P.S The ******'s in the office never did get back to me about converting my subscription from Digital to Paper.

                        Dave,

                        As you may be aware the subscriptions are handled by a separate subscription company who deal with in excess of, I believe, 400 magazines and other publications. What chance does little ME and MEW have amongst all that lot.devil

                          I did ask, I expect I copied you in. I can ask again if you wish. It is a new subscription manager now.

                          The digital copies are, I believe but it could have changed, being created for us in the Netherlands.

                            are you sure that's the Netherlands, and not NeverLand!!

                            I've had my paper copy for a couple of days now but digital is still behind. We work between Xmas and New year to ensure our customers are happy etc!!.

                            I have to say that MHS do not appear to give anything other than lip service to customer care!!

                            So Glad I did not go digital only! Especially as the mag cannot be downloaded in its entirity! I know this is a sore point with many customers, but it is an issue that needs to be resolved ASAP!

                                    Hi Peter,

                                    Delivery to Smiths is usually pretty good, the only times it is late is when it is Christmas or ME has changed hands, yet again. wink The recently heard sound of singing, accompanied by bell ringing, in the road outside tells me it must be near to Christmas, so don't worry too soon.

                                      I went into Smiths the other day.

                                      I oveheard the staff saying the next magazine delivery was Wednesday.

                                      They did not have ME or MEW on the shelf.

                                        Thanks for that, it saved me another wasted 14 mile round trip, l will wait till Wednesday before venturing out again.

                                        I am somewhat surprized that you found two staff able to talk to each other, in Uxbridge they seem to rely on automated tills and only have one lonely person on the real tills, who is needed for us techno-phobes and other assorted oldies.
