Sorry to hear your copy hasn't arrived.
With a mailing list the size of our it is inevitable that a few copies go astray in the post now and then. Normally see this link for who to contact for a replacement copy.
The last person who sent multiple emails about non-delivery to secureorder got in touch with me, then again a few days later to say multiple replacement copies had arrived… it seems that the replies from customer services sometime get treated as spam but the replacements still get posted out.
If you haven't received a replacement by Monday, can you email me with details neil.wyatt@mytimemedia.com?
