If you google spare parts for boxford you will find a site with an exploded view;
There are only a few of things that aren't obvious to beginners.
1/The screw head in the centre of the star wheel on the apron is reverse thread.
2/The grub screw that goes in horizontally on the RHS of the apron has another grub screw deep in the hole
3/The apron clutch (that star wheel) is not intended to allow you to set it feeding and walk away until it slams up against the saddle stop. You set it just grabbing and let the saddle wheel run through your fingers until almost at the stop when your increasingly firmer grip slows the saddle to a gentle stop just touching the stop.
4/The brass shoe on the bull wheel engagement lever wears out if you don't oil it and then you have the steel pin wearing a groove in your gear.
