My subscription is also not working.
It keeps telling me that I need to subcribe.

*** Update ***
I noticed that under “My Details” that my account number had been “altered” somehow.
The system had trimed off the last three digits.
Once I correct it, all was well.
Notice to others. Check to make sure your number is correct !!
