They use very confusing terms and there is often no "No" option
I've used Amazon for a few purchases and it's quite nefarious, trying to get you into their "prime" system at various points in the process
Paypal is starting to look pretty dodgy too, you're not even sure if you're clicking the right button
As disposable income drops it can only get worse so this is a well timed legal move
The EU is utterly useless for these things and their "Digital rights" are a joke, but perhaps they'll play at catchup now the US has made a move. The EU seems to prefer 100 million euro fines which go straight into their pension plan account than pursuing useful consumer laws
