She's got the right screwdriver for the job, anyway! 8^)

(maybe she's the local body and paint wizard's daughter, not the car owner's)

Hi, I've got a granddaughter about the same age as that little girl, and she's pretty handy using her dads tools, so I don't if I dare show her that photo, as she is quite a dare devil. smiley

              Regards Nick.

When my nephew was about her age, one day he watched, fascinated, Dad using a hand-turned bench-grinder apparently to make sparks. So the lad thought.

Some while later, Dad followed the sound to find said little 'Erbert enthusiastically "making sparks" himself. It was just a pity the sparks came from one of Dad's beloved screwdrivers or wood-chisels.

Mothering Sunday is half way through Lent (in UK, but not the Americas) and is also known as Refreshment Sunday. It has a religious meaning.

My late father was never impressed with "Father's day", which he considered to be an instance of modern marketing. I agree.

It might even be an instance of E&D, which is even worse.

I am not a religious person but I think the hijacking of religious occasions by commercial interests is very poor. I think last Friday was national fish and chip day and once again I think fish on Friday is a religious event, perhaps more so for members of the Catholic religion.
