I would be surprised if that turns up. Do you want to know anything in particular about this motor?

Do you have a picture of your motor terminal block and the plate with the motor details?

The diagram you have posted is for a 3 phase motor wired in star, is the motor you have an unknown quantity or have you had it it in service? Some 3 phase motors have just 3 terminals and are usually wired in star for running on 415v 3 phase. One of the common options is for a six terminal block with links to wire the motor in star or delta, refer to the info plate to decide if you should be in star or delta.

That is wired in star connection, the three studs that are not linked can be regarded as A,B,C so connect three wires as shown in the diagram, it will not matter what you call a b or c on the terminal block, you can swap any two of your three wires to change the direction if you have a preference which position the switch is in for forward.

The rating plate says the motor is made for 415v in star so if you are running from 415v 3phase leave it as it is.

Unlike my Brooks motor this one is dead easy to reconfigure to delta if you want to use it with a VFD.

It will not matter which order you connect ABC and you can swap any two to change the direction if you want to.

There seems to be some misunderstanding about VFDs and three phase motors here – I think.

A 415 three phase motor can be run off a 230V input three phase inverter. These are different to a 230V output type of three phase inverter as the output will be 415V. Different price too!

I have both. An expensive 415 output runs a motor wound star and likely difficult to convert to delta. The 230V output inverters are the cheaper and more common variety. Better to break the star point, rewire in delta and use the cheaper alternative, if possible.
