The thing to do is book onto a coach trip with it before you start reading it and then read it on the bus – payback for all the other passengers who listen to music too loudly or converse on the phone inanely……. the uncontrollable sniggering and out-loud laughter really seems to annoy them!

Terry Pratchett was on newsnight on bbc last week. He did not appear well at all, he was having difficulty speaking.
