Can’t give any details, but Monel series are Nickel alloys used in situations where resistance to high temperatures mand creep is imprtant, such as turbine blades in gas turbines.

Might well be used in sheet form for combustion chambers in gas turbines.

Henty Wiggin, in Hereford (UK ) used to be the main supplier.
