As a 1.5" Minnie is not a commonly made scale you would need redraw the layout and work out some suitable sizes as the scaled size would be 15DP which is non standard. Maybe go with 1.75MOD which is close but not a size you find from the cheaper suppliers

Just had a few minutes to spare and played with the gear count and tooth size.

If you were to use a combination of 1.5MOD and 2MOD both of which can be bought off the shelf quite cheaply from the likes of Beltingonline then with slight alteration to the thickness and bore sizes for could get all the gears for about £130 which is less than the ME suppliers sell a set for the 1" engine for.

            Crankshaft 19T & 25T both 1.5MOD

            2nd shaft 38T & 32T meshing with the above and a 25T on the end all 1.5MOD

            3rd Shaft 64T 1.5MOD and a 24T 2MOD

            Final drive 77T 2MOD

Low speed is exactly the same and high only a fraction different and back axle ends up just 0.46mm higher though you could play about with 3rd shaft position a bit to get axle in same place.

A 78T would work, putting the rear axle about 0.5mm lower rather than higher. I can't see 78T listed on their site but may be available elsewhere. Another option which is not ideal if you have ordered the 24T would be to use 25/76 which gives the same spacing as 24/77.

Let me know what you end up going for and I'll post a drawing of the revised hornplate layout.
