That's a different problem but it downloads without issues for me using W10 and chrome
1. When you have your selected mag up on the screen click the Download icon
![download 3.jpg download 3.jpg](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==)
On the smaller screen that comes up select all or what pages you want and then the download tab
![download 4.jpg download 4.jpg](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==)
You then get a message that your download is ready, click the link ending n .pdf and the mag will open in your browser as a pdf
![download 2.jpg download 2.jpg](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==)
On that screen click the download icon and select where you want to save it. As you can see at the bottom it saves as Adobe by default. You can also right click that link and select "save link as" and it will jump straight to the save as screen shown below
