      Help needed.

      I have a problem accessing my subscription to ME and MEW digital archive and get this message:

      Also all of my photo albums, except for 1 have disappeared. Everything else seems to be OK.

          Suggest you contact the subscription customer services, fill out the details at the bottom of this screen

              Scrap that I'm getting the same message, maybe a server issue.

              Or better still they may be working on it to get the latest mag to come up when you go to the archive

                        Is the problem fixed yet, if so it hasn't worked for me. Nothing happens now. the error page has disappeared though.

                          A further look and it is saying my details are incorrect, but I know they are correct, my email address and ID number.

                            Still down for me and getting the incorrect details message that Keith mentions. It is being dealt with as I have been copied in on some of the e-mails but looks like it needs a bit more than a reboot.

                            Photobucket is still OK for recent issues.

                                I'm still getting an error, although today's error is simply no response at all.

                                I've asked for an update, they are trying different things but it seems to be problematic.

                                  Are you sure you are getting nothing Neil? when you click Login it now shows the highlighted line rather than going to the error page as if was last week

                                      Just to say the latest MEW is out and can be viewed on Pocketmags until the problem with viewing here can be sorted out.

                                        Rang Morton yesterday regarding problem with subscription renewal, the person I talked to said it should be fixed by the end of the week, we will see.

                                              It doesn't appear fixed to me. I get to the save as. So this I do and instead of an Adobe Acrobat file it saves it as a Google we page which then never opens. Am I being a SOD or is it still not right?

                                                That's a different problem but it downloads without issues for me using W10 and chrome

                                                1. When you have your selected mag up on the screen click the Download icon

                                                On the smaller screen that comes up select all or what pages you want and then the download tab

                                                You then get a message that your download is ready, click the link ending n .pdf and the mag will open in your browser as a pdf

                                                On that screen click the download icon and select where you want to save it. As you can see at the bottom it saves as Adobe by default. You can also right click that link and select "save link as" and it will jump straight to the save as screen shown below

                                                  That is what I did and have been doing when it worked for quite a few issues. Today it now seems to save it as a PDF which is what I expected all along.
