Hi. I have a pressure relief valve with a 3/8” thread on it. It is adjustable from 10-30PSI

My question is would it be of interest to anyone on here or should I eBay it?
I’m not a steam guy but I assume a boiler would run in excess of 30PSI 🤔

I've got one of those in my pneumatics bits box.

It's designed for compressed air, I don't think it would be any good for steam.

Even if it worked, as Oven Man doubts it would, it looks to me as if made from mild-steel, and would corrode quite rapidly despite what appears to be passivated zinc plating.

No. they are made of solid brass, they polish up beautifully. The thread is possibly a special as it is designed to screw into a fitting in place of the olive and tubing nut.

I don’t think Oven man said it didn’t work. I’m certain it does and it is unused and still in its box. I just wondered if it was of any use to anyone but it seems not. I’ll be putting it on eBay and if it doesn’t sell it’ll be chucked in with the scrap as it is solid brass.

Excellent. Well if that sells I’ll list mine. That is a 10bar one and mine is 10-30 psi according to writing on the box. I’ll test it tomorrow.
