      Hi All.

This is my first post although I have been a viewer for last couple of years and have learnt a lot from this site.

The question is I have a Champion 20 V milling machine which is the same as the Amadeal 25 lv grizzly G0704.

I am looking for a powerdrive to the X axis. I located one from the Little Machine shop from the USA but the shipping costs make this to expensive. has any one made there own and have plans ?

      Regards

      Terry

Hi Terry, type in power feed in the search window just above your name, start at the bottom of the list, I think that's what you are looking for. Ian S C

Even in Canada (and we're next-door to the US), shipping/handling costs from LMS are usually prohibitive. Grizzly have a power feed specifically for the G0704 which works well (I have one). You might want to price that up. It's moderately heavy so the shipping will probably kill you there too (same problem here with heavy gear from the UK) but might be worth checking out.

All in all you are probably better off making your own. There are a few examples around …. I believe at least one was published in MEW a few years ago. Ask Dias (Costa) for a copy of his index database and dig for it.

Hello OMG, Terry, good after noon.

Terry: In case you need to use the index you can find and download it **HERE** .

Tom: Thank you for citing my (and from others) work. Which incidentally is not up to date.

                Best regards
