Organising Club The Melbourne Society of Model and Experimental engineers.

Venue:

The 2012 Model Engineering Exhibition will be held in Science Building number 60 on the Clayton campus of Monash University. This is located on the corner of Wellington Road and Princes Highway in the suburb of Clayton, Victoria about 40km (25 miles) from Melbourne airport some 20 km from Melbourne's city centre. A taxi ride from the airport takes about 45 minutes on the Citylink freeways (including the Monash Freeway).

Saturday 29/09/2012 9 AM to 5 PM
Sunday 30/09/2012 9 AM to 4 PM

Well worth a visit if you are in Melbourne.

Hi John,

I take it that the exhibition is not in the original Melbourne, Derbyshire as that one is not even a city nor does it have an airport,

Oh well, I'll just have to give it a miss. I hope it goes off well, Mind you I have a cousin there who might just be interested, I'll drop him a line,

Melbourne has an airport, it's the extension of the high street but it's called East Midlands International

I was half hoping it was that Melbourne because there is a bus there and someone tells me I'm eligible for a bus pass. Can you take 3 tonne trucks on the bus ?

Please have a wonderfull exhibition and post lots of pics, by the time I got on a plane (England)
got over jet lag, took the taxi, I would miss it so please keep us all in the UK posted about this event.

look forward to that
