I have buried away in storage a large CNC Lathe which I'm being asked to relocate and I'm trying to work out where to relocate it to 
If I had the space in the workshop here there would not be a problem, but it's too big unless I move other kit out and I'm not sure I've that many jobs that would need it.
It is in need of new electronics and from what I have seen on-line, the consensus seems to be that it's best to replace the mechanical variable speed drive (Vbelt arrangement) with a fixed belt and fit an inverter on the motor.
So is there any market for a doer-upper or is the best place to cash it in as scrap. The copper in the transformers must be worth a bit
