Position 1 Terminal 1 is connected to terminal2

Position 0 nothing is connected

Position 2 Terminal 3 is connected to terminal 4

Terminals 2 and 4 are permanently linked together

And so on for the other 3 switch sets

What are you trying to reverse?

I'll give it a go. 4 pole switch,

Position zero nothing connected

Position 1:- 1 – 2, 5-6, 9-10, 13-14 are connected, 3-4, 7-8, 11-12, 15-16 are not connected

position 2 :- 3-4, 7-8, 11-12, 15-16 are connected, 1 – 2, 5-6, 9-10, 13-14 are not connected.
